Home sits on a basement which includes separate dining, 2 family rooms, 2 separate breakfast areas, full kitchen, extra refrigerator on the lower level, along with an extra microwave, game room with pool table, fools ball game and card table, arcade, board games, books private deck with sprawling backyard space. The subdivision also features several nearby lakes for fishing. A recreational Park where you can, picnic, use the gazebo to entertain or do outside barbecue at the public grills and walking trail, which is a 5 minutes’ walk from the home. There are plenty of nearby grocery stores and lots of nearby restaurants. Located 10 minutes to Mall, 20 minutes to Airport, 8 minutes to Downtown Stone Mountain, 18 minutes to Downtown Atlanta and 5 minutes to hwy 20 or 285 so why not let this home be your relaxation place for your next family fun vacation or adult getaway. Summary: Some of our baseball families stayed at this property. It was a fantastic house. The basement was a huge hit with the boys, which was their own little apartment. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend any families to book this. The host is amazing.
